Luxury living now defines the Port Moresby skyline as Paga Hill Paradise Phase 1 was officially handed over to its first residents this week.
Prime Minister James Marape joined government officials, including NCD Governor Powes Parkop and Minister Richard Maru, to witness the ceremony. “This development reflects PNG’s ambition to combine urban growth with quality living,” said Governor Parkop.
The 87-unit development offers spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, two-story units, and a full-floor penthouse. The exterior is adorned with a patterned facade influenced by local design, while interiors feature premium finishes and expansive living areas.
Strategically located near schools, commercial centers, and industry zones, residents are positioned to enjoy both business and leisure opportunities. Stunning views of the city and Fairfax Harbour further enhance.
Phase 1 cost more than K130 million, while Phase 2 is projected at over K350 million. Prime Minister Marape added, “Paga Hill Paradise demonstrates how smart investment can elevate the standard of living in Port Moresby.”
